1. Booking process

Step 1. Client makes tour reservation by completing the booking form and pay deposit.
Step 2. Upon receiving the booking form and deposit Momentlives shall send client an INVOICE, confirming reservation completes.
Step 3. Momentlives reminds client of the remaining balance prior to the due date
Step 4. Upon receiving the remaining balance, Momentlives sends client a “payment confirmation” form to confirm receipt of full payment. The booking process completes.

2. Reservation

• You must complete the booking form and settle the requested deposit to reserve services.
• The remaining balance shall be paid within 75 days prior to the departure date of tour. Failure in settling the remaining balance means the reservation is a cancellation. And this is detailed in point (4) below.

3. Payment

3.1 Bank Transfer

We accept payment by Bank transfer. Momentlives bank account details:

• Bank transfer may take up to three working days for Momentlives to receive
• Tour cost does not include any bank transfer fee.

3.2 Secure online payment via Paypal

 We accept payment via Paypal. Tour quotes do not include Paypal transaction fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund policy

4.1 Cancellation made by clients

You must send an email to Momentlives to cancel services. Momentlives apply charges for cancellation as following:

Date of cancellation prior to the tour’s departure date:
75 days or more: 100% tour deposit
74 days to 45 days: 50% of tour cost
44 days or less: 100% of tour cost

Each Momentlives tour is a package and partial refund for unused services are not applicable.

4.2 Cancellation made by Momentlives

A minimum number of participants is required for a tour to depart. If this does not happen, Momentlives reserve the right to either:

A. Cancel the tour and fully refund the tour cost to clients.
– In this case Momentlives shall be responsible for transfer fees.

B. Surcharge applies
A surcharge compensates for the unoccupied spaces of the tour. Should this occurs, Momentlives shall inform the clients 3 months prior to the departure’s date of the tour.

5. Cost of tour

All tour costs are quoted in US dollars. Tour costs are based on twin shared basis.

5.1. Inclusions/exclusions

• Cost of tours generally include tour leader, transportation, hotels, food, workshop, entry tickets, domestic air tickets.
• Cost of tours generally do not include gratuity, drinks/beverage personal expenses (laundry, telephone…) insurance, international air-tickets, visa. Details of tour inclusions and exclusions are available in every tour’s detail.

5.2. Single supplement

• The tour cost is based on share basis.
• Single supplement information is available in every tour information.

5.3 Changes in tour cost

Momentlives may change tour cost without prior notice due to force majeure.

6. Itinerary

The final itinerary acts as an agreement between Momentlives and its clients on the tour program. Efforts are made in order for the itinerary to take place. However, to best suit the practical situations, Momentlives reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary at anytime needed. These changes include, but not limited to: (1) substitution of the tour leader(s) as originally specified, (2) the order/number of places of visit, activities, (3) transportation, (4) changes in restaurants and hotels to similar standard ones, (5) reject any participant(s) triggering negative/dangerous acts to the other members of the group or the local people. Unless stated by Momentlives, refund for above points are not applicable.

7. Liability

• Momentlives acts as an independent intermediary between clients and all the local suppliers. We utilize our local knowledge to choose the best service suppliers for our Vietnam photography tours. However, Momentlives is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these providers. These include, but not limited to loss or damage of properties, sickness, accident/injury/death, defect of vehicle(s), airlines delay/cancellation, food unfamiliarity. Additionally, Force Majeure are not within our area of responsibility. These include, but not limited to nature disasters, unexpected road maintenance.
• Momentlives will do our best to accommodate travelers if an inconvenience occurs. However, (1) any additional expenses will be borne by the clients, (2) any change(s) itinerary/services will follow item “4. Itinerary” above.

8. Insurance

All tour price quotations do not include any sort of insurance. You are responsible for your own insurance. Furthermore, insurance should cover health, medical evacuation, loss or damage of properties, tour/flight cancellation, etc and should be valid overseas.

9. Health

Prior to booking a trip, please consider that some photography tours have higher level of difficulty. These are, but not limited to, staying up late for night shooting. Then other times waking up early for sunrise photography. Additionally, there might be times that we walk of several miles a day. And hiking up mountains or walking down to valley applies on some tours. There’s a level of difficulty available for each tour, for your information.

10. Booking Agreement

By booking a tour with Momentlives, client accepts that client has read, understood and fully agreed with all the points as stated out in the “Terms and Conditions”.
