1. Booking process
Step 1. Client makes tour reservation by completing the booking form and pay deposit.
Step 2. Upon receiving the booking form and deposit, Momentlives shall send client an INVOICE, confirming reservation is accomplished
Step 3. Momentlives reminds client of the remaining balance prior to the due date
Step 4. Upon receiving the remaining balance, Momentlives sends client a “payment confirmation” form, confirming the full payment is received. The booking is accomplished and client’s trip is totally ready.
A completed booking form and a deposit are required to hold your reservation with Momentlives. The remaining balance shall be paid within 75 days prior to the departure date of tour. Should the remaining balance not received by Momentlives by the due date, reservation shall be treated as cancelled as mentioned in our “Cancellation and Refund” policy in item 3 below. If reservation is made at less than 75 days prior to the tour’s departure date, full payment is required.

3.2 Secure online payment via Onepay
OnePay is a leading online payment and financial transaction processing company in Vietnam. All popular international cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay are easily paid in OnePAY. OnePAY payment portal meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
All card details are processed by OnePAY in a secure environment. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer software, which encrypts the information that you provide online. Please refer to OnePAY for payment guide.

4. Cancellation & Refund policy
4.1 Cancellation made by clients
Cancellation made by clients must be received only in written form. Momentlives apply charges for cancellation as following:
Date of cancellation prior to the tour’s departure date:
75 days or more: 100% tour deposit
74 days to 45 days: 50% of tour cost
44 days or less: 100% of tour cost
Tours organized by Momentlives are sold as packages and no refund shall be made for service(s) not used by client.
4.2 Cancellation made by Momentlives
Tours organized by Momentlives could only be launched when a minimum number of participants is met. In case the minimum number of participants is not met, Momentlives reserve the right to either:
A. Cancel the tour and fully refund the tour cost to clients
Momentlives shall be responsible for any fees charged by banks for the money transfer. We, however, are not responsible for additional expenses made by clients as preparations for the trip, such as, but not limited to insurances, visa fees, international airfares, etc.
B. Ask client for a surchage
A surchage is required as a compensation for the unoccupied space of the tour. Should this occurs, Momentlives shall inform the clients 3 months prior to the departure’s date of the tour.
5. Cost of tour
All tour costs are quoted in US dollars and shall be paid in US dollars. Tour costs are based on twin shared basis.
Cost of tours generally include tour leader, transportations, hotels, food, workshop, entry tickets, domestic air tickets. Cost of tours generally do not include gratitudes, drinks/beverage personal expenses (laundry, telephone…) insurance, international air-tickets, visa. More details of inclusions/exclusions of a certain tour will be provided to clients by email.
5.2. Single supplement
Single supplement is specified in each of the tour details. In some situations, due to independent circumstances, clients are compelled to share room. In the case that clients have paid for single supplement, refund is applied based on the room rate.
In the case of clients requesting to have roommate but no suitable roommate is found, single supplement is applied.
If clients travel in a pair and one cancels, the other will bear the single supplement.
5.3 Changes in tour cost
Momentlives may change a tour cost without prior notice due to uncontrollable or unexpected reasons and we reserve the right to do so.
The final itinerary acts as an agreement between Momentlives and its clients on the tour program. Efforts are made in order for the itinerary to be implemented, and on which the tour operates. However, to best suit the practical situations, Momentlives reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary at anytime needed. These changes include, but not limited to: (1) substitution of the tour leader(s) as originally specified, (2) the order/number of places of visit, activities, (3) transportations, (4) changes in restaurants and hotels to similar standard ones, (5) reject any participant(s) triggering nagative/dangerous acts to the other members of the group or the local people. Unless stated by Momentlives, clients reserve no right to any refund following the above changes.
Momentlives acts as an independent intermediary between clients and all necessary services for the tour. We utilize our local knowledge our and practical experience to choose the service suppliers best suited for the purpose of photography. But Momentlives is not held responsible for any inconvenience caused by these service providers, these include, but not limited to loss or damage of properties, sickness, accident/injury/death, defect of vehicle(s), airlines delay/cancellation, food unfamiliarity. Momentlives is not held responsible for hassles caused by uncontrollable elements, these include, but not limited to nature disasters, unexpected road maintenance, accident/injury/death caused by terrain, animal attack, strikes/civil unrest, terrorism or war. Should any of the above inconvenience take place, Momentlives will do our best to accommodate travelers, in which course (1) any additional expenses arise will have to be borne by the clients, (2) any change(s) in practice and/or services as printed on the itinerary will follow item “4. Itinerary” above. Momentlives is not in charge of dealing with any issues that occur between clients and services not arranged by Momentlives.
All tour price quotations stated by Momentlives do not offer nor include any sort of insurance. Clients are strongly advised to purchase insurance prior to travel. These sorts of insurance should cover health, medical evacuation, loss or damage of properties, tour/flight cancellation, etc and should be valid overseas.
Prior to booking a trip with Momentlives, do consider that photography tours generally require good health. There will be times that we stay up late for our night shooting, other times we wake up early to catch the sunrise. There will also be times that we walk (as the only accessibility) for miles from one village to others, hiking up moutains, walking down to valleys… all while carrying a bag of camera gears. Each trip’s difficulty is clearly stated out on every tour’s itinerary for your consideration. Please contact our office should you have any concern regarding physical requirements.
10. Booking Agreement
By booking a tour with Momentlives, client accepts that client has read, understood and fully agreed with all the points as stated out in the “Terms and Conditions” written by Momentlives.
