To secure your tour, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Reservation & Deposit
Complete the online booking form and submit the required deposit.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of both your form and deposit, we will send you a formal Invoice, confirming your reservation is now held.
Step 3: Balance Payment Reminder
We will send you a reminder email before your final payment is due.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation & Completion
Once your remaining balance is received, we will issue a “Payment Confirmation” document. Your booking is then fully confirmed, and the process is complete.

We accept payment via Paypal. Tour quotes do not include Paypal transaction fees.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Momentlives. The following charges will apply based on the date we receive your notice:

Please note that our photography tours are sold as complete packages. No refunds will be given for any unused services, including voluntary withdrawals after the tour has begun.
A minimum number of participants is required for each tour to operate. If this minimum is not met, Momentlives reserves the right to:
Cancel the tour and issue a full refund: In this case, we will cancel the tour and provide a full refund of all monies paid. Momentlives will also cover any related transfer fees.
Offer the tour with a small-group surcharge: To operate the tour with fewer participants, a surcharge may be applied to cover the unoccupied spaces. Should this be necessary, Momentlives will notify you at least three months before the tour’s departure date.
Tour costs are based on shared basis.
A. Inclusions: An advertised tour price includes:
The services of a Momentlives tour leader.
All transportation as specified in the itinerary.
Hotel accommodations based on double occupancy.
Meals specifically indicated in the daily schedule.
Organized photography workshops.
Admission fees for scheduled visits.
Domestic airfare as part of the tour program.
B. Exclusions: A tour price explicitly excludes:
Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff.
All beverages beyond those included with meals.
Personal expenditures such as laundry, communication, and minibar charges.
Comprehensive travel insurance.
International flights to and from Vietnam.
Visa application and processing fees.

Momentlives may change tour cost without prior notice due to force majeure.
The final itinerary serves as your agreement with Momentlives for the tour program. While we strive to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary at any time due to practical circumstances. Such changes may include, but are not limited to:
Substituting the specified tour leader.
Changing the order or number of destinations and activities.
Modifying transportation arrangements.
Changing hotels and restaurants to others of a similar standard.
Refusing participation to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or negatively impacts the group or local community.
No refunds will be provided for changes falling within these categories.
Momentlives acts as an independent intermediary, curating experiences by selecting local suppliers for our Vietnam photography tours based on our expertise and knowledge. Please note that we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or any inconveniences caused by these third-party suppliers.
Supplier-Related Issues: Our non-liability includes, but is not limited to:
Loss or damage to personal property.
Sickness, accident, or injury.
Mechanical or structural defects in vehicles.
Flight delays or cancellations.
Discomfort or illness resulting from food unfamiliarity.
Force Majeure Events: Furthermore, Momentlives is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, known as Force Majeure. This includes events such as natural disasters, unexpected road closures, civil unrest, or government actions.
Our Commitment: In the event of any such inconvenience, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and adjust arrangements. However, any additional expenses incurred will be the client’s responsibility, and any changes to the itinerary will be handled according to the terms outlined in section “4. Itinerary.”
All tour price quotations do not include any sort of insurance. You are responsible for your own insurance. Furthermore, insurance should cover health, medical evacuation, loss or damage of properties, tour/flight cancellation, etc and should be valid overseas.
Prior to booking a trip, please consider that some photography tours have higher level of difficulty. These are, but not limited to, staying up late for night shooting. Then other times waking up early for sunrise photography. Additionally, there might be times that we walk of several miles a day. And hiking up mountains or walking down to valley applies on some tours. There’s a level of difficulty available for each tour, for your information.
